Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Introduction

Welcome to JWin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and JWin ("we", "us", "our", "the platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the JWin platform — whether through the website at jwin.im or the JWin mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all games, features and services available on JWin, including but not limited to slot games, live casino, crash games, table games and any promotional offers. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside JWin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which together form the complete framework governing your use of JWin.

2. Eligibility

To register and use JWin, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JWin operates a strict over-18 policy and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to register or play. Age verification may be requested at any point.
• You must be a real, living individual acting on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of third parties, companies or organisations are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of a JWin employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest with platform operations.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in accordance with the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended JWin account under any name or identity.

JWin reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of age or proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one JWin account. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different contact details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested during the registration process. You must keep this information up to date at all times.

• Your username and password are personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account access with any other person, including family members.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact JWin support immediately.
• JWin will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other communication channel.

JWin may close or suspend accounts at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or where the platform identifies activity that puts the integrity of the platform or other players at risk. In such cases, JWin will notify the account holder and, where applicable, return verified funds after investigation.

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on JWin are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). JWin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider directly.

JWin currently supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed in minutes
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits available on Android and iOS
• Raast — instant interbank transfers via Pakistan's national payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfers, typically processed within one to two business days

You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using accounts or cards belonging to third parties will be reversed and the associated account will be reviewed. JWin reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the deposit section of your JWin account. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by JWin from time to time.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at JWin are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and applies to all accounts without exception.

To submit a withdrawal request, your account must be verified. This includes confirming your identity and the ownership of your registered payment method. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of the verification process.

• Withdrawals are processed to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Bank Transfer depending on your registered method.
• Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within minutes to a few hours; Bank Transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• JWin does not charge withdrawal fees from its side, though your payment provider's standard charges may apply.

Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements attached to the relevant bonus. Attempting to withdraw before meeting applicable wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the balance before the withdrawal is processed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

JWin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Every offer comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion on the Promotions page and must be read before activating any offer.

• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 500 bonus means PKR 10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
• Eligible games — not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Time limits — bonuses and free spins expire if not used within the stated period. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account.
• One bonus per player — bonuses are intended for individual players and cannot be shared, transferred or claimed multiple times using different accounts or identities.

JWin monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or making deposits solely to claim a bonus with no genuine play intent. Where bonus abuse is detected, JWin reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings and close the account permanently.

Promotional offers may be withdrawn, altered or extended at JWin's discretion. Players who have already activated an offer will not be adversely affected by changes made after activation.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available at JWin are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino titles, are streamed from certified live dealer studios. Game outcomes are not influenced by JWin staff, previous results, bet size or any external factor.

• It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. Game rules are accessible within each game's interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned. JWin will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players.
• If a game result is disputed, the outcome recorded by JWin's system logs will be treated as final, as these logs form the definitive record of all game activity.
• Winnings paid out as a result of a software error, display error or obvious miscalculation are not valid and JWin reserves the right to void and reclaim such payouts.

JWin's games library includes titles from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Spribe and others. The rules governing individual game mechanics are determined by those providers. JWin operates as the platform through which these games are accessed and is not responsible for the underlying game mechanics beyond ensuring the games are delivered as intended by their providers.

8. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited at JWin and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds, including verified deposits, depending on the severity of the breach:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or multiplayer game formats
• Depositing funds using a payment method that does not belong to you or using fraudulently obtained payment credentials
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using JWin to process funds obtained through unlawful activity
• Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage
• Abusing JWin's bonus system through multiple account registrations, structured deposits or any strategy designed to circumvent bonus terms
• Attempting to access the platform or another player's account without authorisation

9. Responsible Gaming

JWin is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Gaming at JWin is intended to be an entertainment activity for adults who choose to participate within their personal means. It should never be treated as a method of generating income or a way to recover money that has already been lost.

Every JWin player has access to the following responsible gaming tools directly through their account settings:

• Deposit limits — set a maximum amount you are willing to deposit per day, week or month
• Loss limits — cap the amount you are willing to lose within a chosen time period
• Session time reminders — receive alerts after a set duration of continuous play
• Self-exclusion — voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period or permanently

If you choose to self-exclude, JWin will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from logging in or creating a new account during the exclusion period. • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display or transmit any part of the JWin platform without prior written permission.
• You may not use the JWin name, logo or any associated branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written consent.
• Game content provided by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those studios and is subject to their respective licensing terms.

Personal, non-commercial use of the platform for the purposes of gaming is permitted within the scope of these Terms. Any use beyond this scope requires explicit authorisation from JWin.

12. Limitation of Liability

JWin provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous, accurate and reliable operation, JWin does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free of errors at all times.

• JWin is not liable for losses arising from temporary platform unavailability, maintenance periods or technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
• JWin is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including but not limited to losses arising from account suspension due to rule violations.
• JWin is not liable for delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking system interruptions or circumstances outside JWin's direct control.
• In all cases, JWin's total liability to any individual player for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the verified deposit held in that player's account at the time the relevant event occurred.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If any provision of this limitation of liability section is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

13. Changes to These Terms

JWin reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

For material changes that significantly affect player rights or platform operation, JWin will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any changes made to these Terms, you should stop using JWin and submit a request to close your account. JWin will process any verified balance in your account in accordance with the withdrawal terms in effect at the time of your closure request.
